RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Je T'aime DO NOT accept cash refund.

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, then you can return your item within 7 days of receiving your order by following the return process below:


  • Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However, exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received.


  • Any item purchased is in our seasonal sales or promotions from our website are non-returnable. Customers are notified at the time of purchase that these items are non-returnable.

  •  The item you wish to exchange must be unused and in the same condition that received it in. It must also be in the original pouch and box provided. Item that appear worn or used will not be exchangeable and returned to the customer. Undamaged includes no scratches, no defective due to external factors, deformation and fall off. If the product has the above-mentioned defects, Je T’aime has the right not exchanged it. (Je T’aime has full authority to adjust the details.)


  • If the product is in good condition and undamaged, it can be exchange for a product that equal or greater value (buyer needs to pay the difference), if the exchange product are less than original value, the balance will not be refunded.


  • Our policy last 7 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 7 days of receiving your order.


  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.


Please inbox us or contact us at jetaime.official@outlook.com quoting your order number for instruction on how to return your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchanged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
